This course strives to provide the learner with strategies for balancing the numerous oversight tasks required for post-award administration. This course will predominantly work through a tool developed to assist with tracking oversight activities. Experienced department administrators will offer examples of strategies and internal controls they employ to manage the more complicated components of award management.
