Gamification improves knowledge retention by exposing individuals to material in a fun and engaging manner. The STAR Program proudly presents this gamified challenge for Washington University research administrators.

About
Participants will complete weekly challenges that reinforce/increase their level of knowledge of research administration policies and processes; encourage staying informed of current events in the field, and help prepare for the CRA exam. Topics covered will include pre-award, post-award, and university policy. For more information, see the directions page.
Points will be awarded for each completed component. Scores will be averaged each week for the top individual and team players, and published on the password-protected leaderboard webpage. Prizes will be awarded to the top team and individual player following the conclusion of the game.
