Cynthia McKenna

Cynthia serves as the Research Administration Training Manager for the STAR Program. She joined the Research Education & Information team (within the OVCR) in 2019. She previously served as program manager in the Bioethics Research Center at Washington University where she managed the Professionalism and Integrity in Research Program (P.I. Program), and the ICTS Responsible Conduct of Research (RCR) course.

Cynthia holds an AS in Commercial Graphics-Design from Southern Illinois University; a BA (Summa Cum Laude) in Organizational Studies with a minor in Strategic Communications from Saint Louis University; and a MA in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis.
