Sonia Moore

Sonia Moore is a Manager of Financial Operations in the Department of Neuroscience. She started at Washington University back in 2003 in the Office of Sponsored Research Services (OSRS). As a Grants Manager, she managed a team who handled pre-award and award activities, including budget review, proposal submission, award review, account set-up, and compliance with internal, government and agency policies and procedures. She was responsible for overseeing the PAAM (Pre-Award and Award Management) functional team, as part of the PAAM project replacing the current in-house grants management system with a vendor product. Sonia has a Master of Business Administration, and is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA).
